We keep pricing simple and transparent — no hidden fees, no long contracts.

£40 per hour. We track our time to the nearest 15 minutes and send a full time report with every invoice, so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
What can an hour buy you? It's more than you'd think — a fully processed inbox, a week's worth of appointments confirmed and rescheduled, a client report typed up, or a newsletter drafted and scheduled. We'll always give you a realistic estimate before starting any task.
by the project
For bigger or more defined pieces of work — a full practice management system set-up, or a website refresh, for example — a fixed project price often makes more sense than an hourly rate. We'll always agree this together upfront, once we've discussed your brief.
We invoice monthly in arrears, payable by bank transfer within 7 days.
